Il y avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de 30 chevaux pr\u00e9sents au Horse Inn de Li\u00e8ge pour partir samedi soir. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le vol est programm\u00e9 \u00e0 21h. La machine logistique est lanc\u00e9e. La moiti\u00e9 des chevaux est d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur place. Il y a aussi le Global Champions Tour.  Ce sont nos deux partenaires. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, l\u2019espoir tient encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab \u00c0 mon avis, Al Shaqab a essay\u00e9 de trouver une solution et ils ont longtemps cru que l\u2019avion allait partir le soir m\u00eame. L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 \u00e9tait que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas quelque chose de tr\u00e8s grave. C\u2019\u00e9tait un peu l\u2019information que j\u2019ai re\u00e7ue de leur c\u00f4t\u00e9. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14h, 17h, 20h : l\u2019attente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la journ\u00e9e avance et la situation ne s\u2019\u00e9claircit pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Au cours de la journ\u00e9e, il est devenu clair que la situation n\u2019allait pas changer en moins d\u2019un jour. Nous avons donc report\u00e9 les d\u00e9cisions successivement : de 10 heures \u00e0 14 heures, puis nous avons fix\u00e9 une nouvelle d\u00e9cision \u00e0 17 heures, puis \u00e0 20 heures. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe reste mobilis\u00e9e \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Nous \u00e9tions environ dix personnes d&rsquo;EHS et nous sommes rest\u00e9s l\u00e0 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20 heures dans l&rsquo;attente. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 20h, la d\u00e9cision tombe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab \u00c0 20 heures, tout ceux qui \u00e9taient l\u00e0 avec les chevaux ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de quitter l\u2019a\u00e9roport. Les chevaux sont donc rentr\u00e9s chez eux. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La moiti\u00e9 \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 au Horse Inn. L\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 n\u2019avait pas encore quitt\u00e9 leurs \u00e9curies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab C\u2019est toujours une situation tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9e. Maintenant, c\u2019est facile de dire qu\u2019on savait que cela n\u2019allait pas changer, mais \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 personne ne savait rien. Si la d\u00e9cision est prise de partir, je fournis le service. Je n\u2019ai pas de pouvoir de d\u00e9cision dans cette situation. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication sous pression<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ces moments-l\u00e0, les cavaliers attendent des r\u00e9ponses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Je pense que tout le monde a vraiment essay\u00e9 de bien communiquer. Je sais que quand on parle avec les cavaliers ou les groupes, il n\u2019y a jamais assez de communication dans ces moments-l\u00e0. Mais le probl\u00e8me, c&rsquo;est que dans une telle situation il faut se rendre compte que personne ne sait rien. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les appels se multiplient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Oui, beaucoup de cavaliers qui ont encore des chevaux l\u00e0-bas nous contactent. Ils veulent \u00eatre s\u00fbrs que les chevaux rentreront le plus vite possible. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais les marges de man\u0153uvre sont minces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Mes possibilit\u00e9s sont tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9es. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le report et la prudence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les organisateurs ont depuis annonc\u00e9 le report de l\u2019\u00e9tape inaugurale \u00e0 Doha du&nbsp;Global Champions Tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son sentiment personnel ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Mon sentiment n\u2019a pas vraiment d\u2019importance. Je ne veux pas faire de d\u00e9clarations stupides ou qui seraient mal interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle glisse toutefois :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab C&rsquo;est le sentiment que j&rsquo;avais, qu&rsquo;Al Shaqab envisageait plut\u00f4t de reporter l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u2019une semaine, puis encore d\u2019une semaine si besoin. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le terrain, la prudence domine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Honn\u00eatement, aucun cavalier europ\u00e9en ne semble pr\u00eat \u00e0 envoyer des chevaux au Moyen-Orient pour le moment. Que peut-on faire et quand ? \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux grands charters retour sont pr\u00e9vus les 15 et 16 mars entre Doha et Li\u00e8ge, en collaboration avec le circuit et Al Shaqab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Nous pr\u00e9parons tous les documents au cas o\u00f9 une opportunit\u00e9 se pr\u00e9senterait plus t\u00f4t, mais c\u2019est Al Shaqab qui affr\u00e8te l\u2019avion. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien reste ferm\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Nous ne pouvons rien faire. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s difficile. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9agir vite ? Oui\u2026 mais pas instantan\u00e9ment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peut-on d\u00e9coller rapidement si le ciel rouvre ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Oui, mais il faut tout de m\u00eame du temps. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle d\u00e9taille :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Nous devons obtenir un certificat sanitaire. Nous pouvons pr\u00e9parer les documents administratifs \u00e0 l\u2019avance, mais le certificat de sant\u00e9 doit \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s belges 48 heures \u00e0 l\u2019avance. Il faut donc probablement deux ou trois jours. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et m\u00eame apr\u00e8s cela :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Il faut encore trouver un avion. Ce n\u2019est pas comme prendre un bus. Il n\u2019y a pas beaucoup plus que nous puissions faire. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et cette phrase, qui r\u00e9sume tout :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Nous savons que les chevaux sont la chose la plus importante pour nous.
