Avant de viser un quelconque r\u00e9sultat dans ce concours 4*, c\u2019est un Michael Jung s\u00e9duit par le concept de The Zangersheide International qui d\u00e9barquait \u00e0 Opglabbeek.
\n\u201cJe connais bien l\u2019endroit et les comp\u00e9titions ici. J\u2019aime les concours qui se font ici, c\u2019est toujours une organisation parfaite. Et organiser un quatre \u00e9toiles ensemble avec Zangersheide avec autour les \u00e9talons, les \u00e9leveurs, la vente aux ench\u00e8res,\u2026Tout r\u00e9unis, c\u2019est une super id\u00e9e. J\u2019ai ador\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le triple champion olympique de complet n\u2019\u00e9tait pas venu non plus pour faire du tourisme, emmenant avant lui notamment Fischerchelsea, (Check In x Argent), sa jument de 15 ans qu\u2019il monte depuis 2016, et qui revient \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9e un long moment des terrains de concours.
\n\u201cCette ann\u00e9e elle a saut\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re vraiment grosse \u00e9preuve \u00e0 Bordeaux (dans le 5 \u00e9toiles). Elle m\u2019avait donn\u00e9 un vraiment bon sentiment. Pour moi, elle \u00e9tait pr\u00eate pour venir \u00e0 Opglabbeek. C\u2019est super. Elle a 15 ans, on doit vraiment faire attention \u00e0 elle. Et c\u2019est incroyable de d\u00e9crocher deux victoires dans un concours comme celui-ci, l\u2019\u00e9preuve 1m50 ranking de vendredi et le Grand Prix 1m55.<\/p>\n

Ce type de victoires vous rapproche un peu plus de votre r\u00eave de participer \u00e0 un grand championnat en saut d\u2019obstacles?<\/p>\n

\u201cChaque fois que vous vous asseyez sur un cheval et que vous \u00e9voluez ensemble vous augmentez votre exp\u00e9rience et vous vous am\u00e9liorez. C\u2019est certain, des victoires comme celle-ci font avancer dans ce sens. Mais cela d\u00e9pend de beaucoup de choses: le cheval, le propri\u00e9taire, l\u2019\u00e9quipe autour,\u2026tout \u00e7a. On verra. C\u2019est un r\u00eave. On a besoin de r\u00eaves. C\u2019est pour \u00e7a qu\u2019on se l\u00e8ve tous les matins et qu\u2019on travaille dur. Et des r\u00e9sultats comme ceux-ci vous rappellent pourquoi vous travaillez si dur. Ce n\u2019est pas juste gratifiant pour moi mais pour toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe au sens large (propri\u00e9taires, \u00e9leveurs, sponsors,\u2026) qui travaille aussi tr\u00e8s dur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Partag\u00e9 entre complet et saut d\u2019obstacles, l\u2019Allemand g\u00e8re ses deux saison de main de ma\u00eetre. Se partager entre les deux disciplines, un besoin pour lui, un plus pour ses chevaux.<\/p>\n

\u201cJ\u2019aime vraiment de faire les deux et de changer. Je pense que c\u2019est aussi tr\u00e8s bien pour mes chevaux de CSO qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un peu de repos quand je suis sur le complet. Une semaine l\u2019obstacle, la semaine suivante le complet, j\u2019aime cette alternance pour les chevaux mais pour moi aussi. Except\u00e9 pour quelques d\u00e9tails, J\u2019ai la m\u00eame approche des deux comp\u00e9tition. Vous savez \u00e7a reste des chevaux. Vous essayez d\u2019avoir le bon \u00e9quilibre, le bon rythme et de vous am\u00e9liorer tout le temps.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Dans les semaines \u00e0 venir, Michael Jung va se tourner vers de plus petites \u00e9preuves et puis entamer sa saison de complet. Un de ses objectif est de qualifier un deuxi\u00e8me cheval de complet pour les JO de Paris. En obstacle, l\u2019objectif et de participer \u00e0 l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre concours 5 \u00e9toiles et pourquoi pas, d\u2019aller sauter une coupe des nations quelque part.<\/p>\n

En s\u2019imposant dans le Grand Prix 4* 1m55 du studbook Zangersheide, Michael Jung a une fois de plus tenu la drag\u00e9e haute \u00e0 des sp\u00e9cialistes de la discpline comme Marlon Modolo Zanotelli. Le Br\u00e9silien montant Heureuse Nouvelle WH (Cardento 933 x Indoctro) \u00e9tait bien parti pour l\u2019emporter en signant le meilleur temps des neuf barragistes. Malheureusement pour lui, le derni\u00e8re obstacle allait en d\u00e9cider autrement. Il \u00e9choue finalement \u00e0 la 5\u00e8me place entre Max K\u00fchner, 6\u00e8me avec Up Too Jacco Blue (Chacco Blue x Ard VDL Douglas) et Annelies Vorsselmans premier double sans faute avec Kurly V\/D Gorten (Thunder vd Zuuthoeve x Celano), qui termine donc 4\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

Thibeau Spits place lui King Van Essene ( Calido x Chacco Blue) sur la troisi\u00e8me marche du podium, juste derri\u00e8re une Barbara Schnieper qui aura tout tent\u00e9 avec Escoffier (Lord Z x Numero Uno) pour aller d\u00e9crocher ce Grand Prix mais qui \u00e9choue finalement \u00e0 un peu moins d\u2019une seconde de Michael Jung.<\/p>\n
